Can Jordan Marino is situated on a beautiful hillside, nestled between the vibrant town of Soller and the beautiful fishing marina of Port de Soller.

The whole area is incredibly beautiful and the Soller Valley is filled with orange and lemon groves, traditional Mallorcan towns with large squares and cafe bars, and there is the beautiful Port de Soller with a marina for yacht lovers and white sandy beaches which are safe for family bathing.

The Soller valley is a walkers paradise and we can put you in touch with a local tour company Tramuntana Tours, who can arrange walks and mountain biking. But this area is also the ideal place to come to relax, sit back and take in the beauty of the area.

Soller SquareSOLLER old town square is a bustling meeting place with numerous shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. There is an indoor market daily and every Saturday the Market snakes up the streets selling local cheeses, olives, shoes, and handicrafts. The square is dominated by the church of Sant Bartomeu and there is the wonderful old San Francisco tram which connects Soller to Port Soller every 30 minutes.

Just behind the square is the train station with the wooden scenic train (the orange valley express) to take you to Palma through the mountains - or take the bus which only takes 30 minutes and drops you in the centre of the city.

PORT OF SOLLER
The port is a lovely horseshoe bay which has the actual port at one side and a gorgeous sandy beach at the other. Coupled with fabulous cafes and restaurants the Port is very popular with families and yachties alike.

DEIA
Deia is a beautiful village in the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca which was made famous by the poet Robert Graves, and in later years by the stars who live and holiday in the hills around the village.  Approached by the most spectacular views along the mountain road, Deia is made up of a main street of small unique shops and A-list restaurants. Houses scramble up the mountainside towards the church which commands the best views in the village.
The mountains and sea offer wonderful walking, including a path that follows the beautiful coastline or over the mountain all the way to Soller.
Deia has an array of 5 star restaurants and terrific tapas bars. It is a true food lovers paradise.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
There are fabulous secluded places, small coves and rocky outlets to swim all along the coastline around Soller
Villages are great fun to explore - like Lluc Alcari (picture) which is another mountain village clinging to the mountainside.  Walking groups will love the exciting hikes that start at Sa Figuera (where Can Jordan Marino is situated) and around the Soller area and painters will find inspiration around every corner as the area has wonderful light as well as magic surroundings with the mountains falling into the sea.

VALLDEMOSSA

Valldemossa

Valldemossa is a picturesque mountain village which is a beautiful, if sometimes hair-raising, drive from Soller along the mountain coast road (or for the less brave, through the tunnel). It is lovely to explore the streets, visit the small unique shops, see the monastery where Chopin once stayed and generally soak up the atmosphere of this Mallorcan village
